Dr Neeta Patel graduated in 1989 from the University of Wales, Cardiff. She gained her licentiate in General Practice from the Royal College of Surgeons, England.She is a member of the British Dental Association and has an interest in tooth whitening and cosmetic dentistry but also enjoys treating children and nervous patients. She has worked in General Practice since qualifying and has also managed Cornerhouse Dental Care since 1991 when the practice was established. She keeps up to date attending seminars so that the practice can be progressive and have the latest technology. More recently, her interest in minimal cosmetic treatment is now helping many patients to achieve the smile they desire with minimal tooth loss.
Neeta visited Tanzania in 2004 as the first volunteer for the charity Bridge2Aid and provided emergency dental care to many people during her stay. She climbed Kilimanjaro in 2007,again for Bridge2Aid, and raised £5000 for the charity. She also trekked to Everest Base Camp in October 2019 and the next challenge is to visit Peru and trek to Machu Picchu. She enjoys baking and keeping fit and enjoys Swimming, Spinning,Weights and Hiking,and now that her children are grown up she would like to get involved in more dental- related volunteering projects.
